I am so happy that you are here and that you are considering this amazing journey of transformation for you and your family.

As a parent coach and positive discipline educator I believe all children deserve to be guided and loved by the best version each of us have to offer them. We ALL have the capacity to be the parents we want to be; sometimes we just need a little guidance. 

With a career in psychosocial work and counseling for children, I thought parenting was going to be a piece of cake for me. Then, at 12:00 one afternoon, a little boy made me a mama and lo and behold…I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. It was in that shattering confusion that I found positive discipline. Once I understood how possible it was to build a relationship with children based on mutual trust, understanding and care, I became deeply passionate about supporting other parents in this life-changing work.

I know what it feels like: to be lost and confused, to be drowning in doubt and guilt. I also know what is possible for you. That by understanding yourself and your children; learning the tools and the science; knowing your triggers, your strengths and your limiting beliefs, you can obtain grounded, intentional, empowered parenting. I know that you can achieve harmony and happiness in your home and be the parent you want to be. It is an absolute gift for me that I get to go along for the ride.
